Rules of the Roost:
All pets AND owners must be house-trained.
We will remove messes left by curs. Litter boxes are cleaned daily .... yadda yadda yadda.
Now don't make us have to strap your nasty carcass to the top 'o the station wagon sans wind-screen. (If you know what we mean.)
